About Primo

Quality marketing from the start

Primo CMO is the culmination of my experience as marketing leader with a proven track record of driving growth and innovation across diverse industries and the advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

I’ve thoughtfully married the strategic tenure building and leading high-performing marketing teams with my hands on experience utilizing Generative AI tooling to develop and execute impactful marketing campaigns.

Primo has several interesting related definitions that resonate with how, in my mind, a fractional marketing leader and team member at a company should conduct themselves.

  • I do not serve as an external resource with limited reach to planning and executing on marketing, but as a full fledged in house team member empowered to build a lasting marketing footprint. Organizations adding their first marketing leader deserve to have someone that understands the nuances of standing up a marketing team or perhaps migrating from an outsourced efforts to in-house.

  • Working at fast paced high growth orgs can be a daunting task for any role. Marketing is a team sport and I place a high degree of importance on giving my fractional clients a high quality experience from the get go. Founder teams and leadership may or may not be so familiar with modern B2B marketing practices and for that reason I put the time time educating internally while executing within your market.

  • As fractional CMO, I am your backstop for all things marketing while I delivering on a plan that is clear line of sight to brand and revenue goals coupled to an execution model to deliver on the tactics. Newly installed leaders in expanding disciplines of the business, and especially marketing, require thoughtful relationship building and alignment from the start. I’ve earned years of experience in lengthy meetings with GTM leaders building a closely aligned market plan. Always in parallel, my focus is on the timed execution of important tactical programming with marketing staff that can make or break a quarterly or an annual plan.
